My partner, _________ has two of my three laptops and he is logging into my accounts. As a result of police action against me particularly the first time I was arrested at Knox Police Station October 13th 2020, I am no longer able to withstand the abuse by proxy of my estranged husband and prevent him taking control of my assets. I was told Bairnsdale Police would investigate the so called breaches in the first arrest in October 2020 and then give me the Brief. They did not. The first alleged breach 20 February 2020 was actually a breach of Family Violence Order K12030938 where I am the protected person. If only Bairnsdale police had investigated instead of fobbing me off. I was finally told after an hour long 2 phone call three weeks before the Wonthaggi Arrest 28 April 2021 that the Brief was non-authorised, insufficient evidence. In March 2020 Moe Police told me that the incident after the court hearing, which was attended by my husband and the employee who my partner had told me was going to “come round to the house and be violent to me”, were in court to hear the Magistrate make the Personal Safety Order into an 3 4 Interim Order thus validating these three abusive men . 5 6 I was arrested for a breach of the invalid PSO when my partner was in breach FVIO K1203038. Bairnsdale Police phoned me three days before the Hearing with the application text and a notice which stated that according to the Act a personal safety order cannot be placed against a family member or if there is an existing FVIO. Entirely due to the mistakes made by The Magistrates Court and Victoria Police not enforcing the FVIO, I have lost three properties, a business, personal possessions and my partner's estranged wife has stolen MY DOG. 7 Now my partner is threatening to dispose of my possessions that are stored at my office and factory at 21 Bosworth Rd. My partner breached the FVIO many many times and the failure by Bairnsdale Police to enforce that order has validated and enabled his delusional thinking. My husband is manipulating my partner and so is his estranged wife and her ‘boyfriend’ Peter Kaneen. My partner every now and then would have episodes of irrational thinking and paranoia. I would simply remove myself and go and work at home. Early on it happened every few months but as time went on they became more frequent. With hindsight the episodes that I clearly remember were very strange indeed. At that time I would call him at the end of the day with every warmth and wanting to see him ‘you are coming for dinner aren’t you” or “this is what I’m cooking” or “what would you like to have for dinner” He always responded positively and would look sheepish when he arrived after the days work had finished and he had been to the boat to get changed and bring the Bundy Rum and orange juice. He would usually say “I’ve been a Dick” We had a very happy home life with our three dogs and were just about to buy a property. I had organised a $300,000 loan and my partner
