Maggie Marriott Smart Buoy Co Managing Director such unauthorised contract amendment actions, as you place Smart Buoy Co and me as Director, at risk of legal action, for Breach of Contract. 9. In the unlikely event that you had successfully sought approval from our contractor to move said independent contractor to our payroll, for the work completed by the independent contractor, you would then have placed Smart Buoy at risk of failing to have made salary payments for approximately 9 months, failed to have issued payslips and failed to have paid superannuation. 10.You dabbling in contract management with no training or experience is not something I support and I want you to not do so in future. I am happy to guide and instruct you on these practices until you reach a level of competence that will allow you to undertake some contracts duties which does not place our company at legal and financial risk, but until that time, you are not authorised to make contract amendments and per your request for a Director's instruction, you are duly instructed to not do so again.
