Maggie Marriott Smart Buoy Co Managing Director that Maggie has stored on her computer for evidence, indirectly breaching the order made against her. * Maggie made several other disclosures surrounding her circumstances that aren’t relevant to the technological side of this examination, but that are relevant to matters surrounding the Intervention Order and the effects that this has had on her life, including the loss of her home, income source and business, effectively leaving her transient and reliant on the goodwill of others to survive. 1st December 2020 Tech Assessment My name is Nicholas James Shaw, I hold a current Victorian Private Security Individual Registration with the Activity of Security Advisor #952-517-01S expiring 10th of October 2021, I met with Maggie on the 30th of November 2020 to conduct a Technological examination of her devices, whilst conducting the assessment the following observations and disclosures were noted; *Check of clients devices listed above conducted with no irregularities found on a software level, checks of accounts were also clear with the exception of one google account which appeared to have a previous connection to another Windows laptop (which may be in the perpetrators’ possession) using IP address 1.136.104.109 to access the account. In twelve Statements to police (that I know of)
Ms Marriott subsequently and falsely claimed to Workcover that her mental health issues were due to her 2019 employment by Smart Buoy Co P/L. Specifically my 3rd August 2019 repossession of the company Toyota Tundra, which was stolen by Ms Marriott from my Eagle Point home, sometime between 11pm Saturday 6th July 2019 and 6am Sunday 7th July 2019.
Ms Marriott’s claim to Workcover was rejected as being due to her own serious misconduct, following an independent psychiatrist assessment and an independent investigation. Ms Marriott’s actions in making this false and retaliatory Workcover claim, required me as the employer to perform more than three days of compiling the employer response and interviews, along with this false claim creating considerable stress, apprehension and a fear that her vindictive reprisals for my lawful dismissing of her employment, will never end unless the Court order is enforced.
