Police have arrested and charged me three times, based on the false information given to the court and in 12 statements made after I was a protected person. FVIO K12030938 refers. Numerous errors exist in the Extracts and Notices of the ensuing fifty-five Hearings. Mistakes made by a magistrate in the presence of a police lawyer include placing a Personal Safety Order against me when protected by a Family Violence Order. The Magistrates Court and Victoria Police failed to follow due process allowing fraud and family non-physical violence to flourish. I have been arrested three times, held in custody 24hrs, transported handcuffed in the back of a divvie van for 2 hours, arriving at 2:30 am and charged with stalking! Police vehemently opposed bail and vigorously pursue me on behalf of the perpetrators.
