Hi Juan Maggie is going a bit crazy lately. Tim says he would like to explain to you about his Mum’s health condition, if would like to call him sometime. We are good friends, but it would be better if you learn about Maggie’s mental health history from Tim, as I know you two have a very strong bond. Please call him. I’d be surprised if she said anything nice about me. Lately she has not been trustworthy with the company money and won’t pay essential bills, leaving us twice about to be kicked out of the factory, often without internet and close to not having work phones, electricity, gas and many more, whilst she uses the company money on her own private pursuits. Very frustrating when she is driving the business down and close to shutting forever, but having no self awareness because she has BiPolar Disorder. She needs medical help else she will just say she will do something, then do the opposite or lie. Only when her BiPolar Disorder is bad, like now. Talk to Tim, he will explain.
3. Breach 9 . On the 3rd of March 2021 at an undisclosed time. Ms MARRIOTT breached the IVO by publishing to LinkedIn, an ABC article about pets being a victim of domestic violence and then adding a comment about me. In her comment. Ms MARRIOTT re-imagines my turning my back to her and conversing with Court Security staff to avoid any contact with her and her dog at a Bairnsdale Court Hearing. To falsely be an indication of a mental health issue I do not suffer from. Ms MARRIOTT also derogatorily makes false statement that I have withheld her dogs from her. When in reality she has given them both up for re-homing. due to not being able to properly care for them. 4. Breach 15 . On the 25th March 2021 at an unknown time, Ms Marriott breached the IVO by publicly publishing online an image of me to FlickR. The 2018 image is of me and Ms Marriotts’s son Alister MARRIOTT, assembling Ms Marriott’s sailboat. Alistair Marriott provided a statement to the Court regarding his mother’s long-term. mental health issues and is now subjected to negative online comments by Ms Marriott 21. I am becoming more apprehensive that Ms Marriott will continue ignoring the IVO prohibited behaviours and make more false claims to Government agencies as a means to harass me, or cause interference to the business. In her November 2020 breach of IVO condition to not contact me by any means, Ms Marriott sent me an online threat via a LinkedIn connection request, that if I didn’t apply to the court to revoke the IVO against her, that I would pay the price, suggesting she would make a claim to WorkCover. Ms Marriott followed through with her threat, by making a false claim to WorkCover, which was investigated and rejected. Ms Marriott was assessed by a Workcover psychiatrist and her claimed mental health injury was found to be due to Ms Marriott’s own serious misconduct. 23. I am very concerned by Ms Marriott’s ongoing vindictive behaviour towards me, as she has a history of being violent towards me and others. Ms Marriott’s family have expressed concerns about her behaviour and mental health for decades, including her ½ sister Helen ISITT writing to her 26 years ago, pleading for Ms Marriott to seek mental health support for Schizophrenia, before she alienates every one she meets.
