Maggie Marriott Smart Buoy Co Managing Director Marriott’s children to her husband John MARRIOTT have contacting Mental Health VIC and VIC Police on several occasions in the past 5 years, seeking help for Ms Marriott’s suspected serious mental health issues. Ms Marriott’s son Alister MARRIOTT has provided a statement to the Magistrates Court, about witnessing his mothers aggression and violent behaviour and his concerns for her mental health. Ms Marriott's continues to make online delusional claims that many people including the magistrates, the police, her former landlord, her previous accountants and the company’s customers and suppliers, are all involved in an extraordinary conspiracy against her. On 03/08/2019, Police applied at Stawell Magistrates Court for an interim family violence order (FVIO) K12030938 arising from an incident instigated by my estranged husband, John Robert MARRIOTT. Brian MERRITT stayed overnight at my factory/administration complex before attending Stawell Court on 27/08/2019. John MARRIOTT drove Brian to the court and was in court for all I know. Four letters named affidavits but not witnessed, were filed alleging MARGARET MARRIOTT is violent, bipolar, aggressive behaviour to her husband and BRIAN MERRITT, incompetent, irrational, needy, neglectful, moody, cannot cook, house was cluttered and filthy, suffers mental health disorder, stolen money from her husband, and is stupid. Over 12,000 words have given to the Magistrate's court and Police, written about me, justifying their actions against me. I have never been allowed to defend against or refute.
