According to a police brief the Order is in place until 2060 3. Heinz Law represented my partner Brian Merritt in the criminal charge 'Make Threats to Kill arising 1. out of the incident instigated by John Marriott on August 3rd 2019,' whereby 2. FVIO K12030938 makes it a criminal offence for Brian to go to or remain within 50m of where I work or live. 3. Or to get another person to do anything the respondent must not do 4. Actions that John Marriott has taken 1. prevent me accessing my financial information 2. Have caused me to be destitute 3. Denied access to my accommodation during a pandemic The notice of listing should have been immediately sent to me -on Thursday Morning last week, instead as is usual with any communications I have had to seek them out myself. You have communicated by email with me since October 2019. John Marriott and Brian Merritt have colluded in actions to deny my access to my own company, workplace and assets. Both Brian and John have committed family violence. (economic, financial and emotional). Due to there actions I have been living out of the company 4WD since July 2019. You are aware of my circumstances and yet assist them to continue that violence. taken up residence at my address 21 Bosworth Rd whilst I am living in one of the the company vehicles. Brian and my husband have prevented me from using my work vehicle the Toyota Tundra and have taken two of my three laptops.
