A situation that developed after the Victoria Police application 3rd August 2019 for a family violence order K12030938 to protect me and my property. They have had my LinkedIn Profile permanently restricted and my Facebook profile removed. I post under the nom-de-plumes NormaOlive Brown and Dorothea Mason. My estranged husband John Marriott has manipulated Brian, with whom I began a domestic relationship with in August 2015. My husbands law firm Heinz Law of Ballarat, in financial proceedings in the family court also represented Brian in the The make threats to kill charge K1296183 FVIO K12030938, PSIO K12415066, PSIO L12182991and PSIO N11438379 and in these Personal Safety Order proceedings also list as their client my own company Smart Buoy Co Pty Ltd. This Personal Safety Order is the third invalid order placed against me. In 2019 Bairnsdale Police refused to enforce the family violence order K12030938 applied for by Stawell Police. The senior Police lawyer Chris Walker was in court taking part in the proceedings - he failed to alert the magistrate that there was a FVIO in place for the protection of me and my property. Perpetrators Emboldened & Validated The failure of Gippsland Police to investigate the family violence perpetrated on me by a master manipulator has emboldened, Brian who is himself a victim of family 'violence' and both Brian and my husband have been enabled in their conspiracy to defraud by engaging in workplace bullying, harassment, mobbing and family violence.
