Their intimacy began on the 1st of August 2015 in Goondiwindi, QLD. DURING THIS TIME THE RESPONDENT LIVED WITH THE AFM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FOR A PERIOD OF TIME WHILE LIVING IN STAWELL The Male Respondent lived with the female AFM at her home in Stawell. They met and began a relationship at her residence in Balwyn North in July 2015. BUT WHEN THEY HAVE MOVED TO BAIRNSDALE THEY LIVED IN SEPARATE RESIDENCES The ASIC registration shows both parties residential address as an Industrial address Campbells Dr Bairnsdale. They lived in various rental properties and a 48ft boat THE AFM HAS FOUR ADULT CHILDREN WHO HAVE LIMITED CONTACT WITH THEIR MOTHER The AFM has five adult children, one of whom is estranged and has a loving relationship with the four children from her 30 years marriage to the estranged husband. However the husband has known the AFM since she was eight years old THE TWO PARTIES CONCERNED HAVE NO CHILDREN TOGETHER The two parties, at times employed their adult children in their company operations. A FAMILY VIOLENCE INCIDENT WAS REPORTED ON 25TH/07/2109 IN BAIRNSDALE WHEN The AFM reported a workplace incident at Bairnsdale Police Station (Police have refused to supply details of this ) THE AFM HAS ATTENDED THE POLICE STATION STATING THAT SHE IS FRIGHTENED THE RESPONDENT WILL SNAP AND THAT see document from a counsellor advising risk of harm to AFM HE HAS BEEN VERBALLY ABUSING HER AT WORK Many documented abusive incidents in the workplace and on every installation job on Government worksites. THE AFM ALSO STATES THAT THE RESPONDENT SAYS TO OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT The Respondent has stated verbally and in texts, emails and private messages to friends, Facebook Friends, Employees, business associates and the AFM’s adult children who are also employees, that the AFM has mental health issues, is schizophrenic and bipolar. SHE HAS BIPOLAR The AFM believes that the respondent himself suffers these issues and that the Respondents estranged wife has poisoned him by prescribing Colloidal silver and
overprescribing OTC pharmaceuticals. The Estranged wife is a psychiatric nurse. AT THE MOST RECENT INCIDENT ON 3 AUGUST 2019 AT STAWELL
RESPONDENT HAS ATTENDED THE AFM‘S ADDRESS IN STAWELL AND attended the Smart Buoy Co Pty Ltd, the company office in Stawell, after notifying Western Area Command (Ballarat Police Station) of his intention to take the
