Any literature that violates the Company's equal employment opportunity (EEO) and nonharassment policies, or knowingly spreads false information, is strictly prohibited. Nonemployees are not permitted to distribute materials on company premises under any circumstances.

Statutory Rights and Communication

This policy is not meant to curtail the statutory rights of employees, including their right to discuss terms and conditions of employment. Open communication remains a vital part of our workplace culture.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of violations of this policy, report them to your manager.

6.15 Workplace Privacy and Right to Inspect CREA, LLC property, including but not limited to phones, computers, tablets, desks, or workplace areas, remains under the control of the Company and is subject to inspection at any time, without notice to any employees, and without their presence. You should have no expectation of privacy in any of these areas. We assume no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, your property maintained on Company premises including property kept in desks. 6.16 Other Policies The most up-to-date policies specific to various CREA departments (Accounting, IT, etc.) are available via the Company Policy Center in Paylocity's Self Service Portal.
