I acknowledge that I have received a copy of the Company's Employee Handbook, located electronically within Paylocity’s Self-Service Portal or via a hard copy, and have been instructed to read and keep the handbook for future reference. I also agree to direct any questions about the handbook or its contents to Katy McShane, EVP, Chief Human Resource Officer . I understand that this handbook is not a contract of employment and does not alter my at-will employment relationship with the Company. I further understand that the Company reserves the right to modify, change, delete, or add to, as it deems appropriate, the policies, procedures, benefits, and other general information contained in this handbook. I recognize that during my employment, I may have access to Company confidential information. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, information not publicly available about the Company's development, purchasing, marketing, sales, costs, pricing, improvements, ideas (whether patentable or not) that are related to the Company’s activities; information about other employees' salaries and benefits and medical information; confidential information of a personal and professional nature about Company customers or clients; or information relating to customers, including telephone and address lists. I understand that I am to protect such confidential information and that, other than for purposes of performing my job on behalf of the Company or in accordance with applicable law, I shall not directly or indirectly use or disclose this confidential information without specific, written authority from the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
