Development Conditions:
(1) Placement of off-premises noncommercial temporary signs on private property is subject to the landowner’s authorization. 2. Temporary Commercial Displays. Signs, posters, pennants, strings of lights, blinking lights, balloons, and searchlights are permitted for a period of up to 30 consecutive days once each calendar year at businesses located in Sammamish in the CB, NB, or O zone. Temporary commercial displays shall meet the placement and dimensional standards for the sign type utilized.
