Development Conditions:

(5) The commercial square footage allocation established pursuant to SDC 21.07.050C., development condition No. 6 shall apply to these uses. (4) Properties in the TC-B zone may include the subject use, as determined by the City, if it is contiguous to a TC-A zoned property and included in an approved unified zone development plan.
