am Maggie Marriott, Managing Director and founder of Smart Buoy Co., a company I own. I established the company in 2000 in The Grampians as Buoyage Systems Australia Pty Ltd. I returned to live and work in the Gippsland Lakes in 2015 and continued developing the company. Unbeknownst to me, my estranged husband kept sabotaging my life—something I have now discovered he has done since I was eight. I am on Facebook under the pseudonym NormaOlive Brown and the pen name Dorothea Mason. I work hard to maintain a very public online presence to keep myself and my friends safe in the real world. I protected myself from "non-physical family violence" until I made the mistake of reporting a workplace bullying and harassment incident to Victoria Police. Police charged and issued a Family Violence notice to the wrong man, failing to identify the real perpetrator. After I became a Protected Person, there was a deluge of police, lawyer and magistrate actions that validated and emboldened the perpetrators to destroy my world and take control of all my assets. I have been living and working from my 4WD since June 2019, while the perpetrators profit from my assets and try to have me jailed. My online infrastructure has been almost obliterated whilst the perpetrators enjoy the support of Victoria Police. In documenting my circumstances, I discovered administrative failings, a failure to follow procedures, non-compliance with various Acts by Victoria Police, and errors made by magistrates and registrars in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, which are glaringly obvious. Police still use Bic Biros on poorly designed and incomprehensible forms and documents. The constables are the frontline, yet they seem to be illiterate, and their writing comprehension skills are nonexistent. I need an investigative journalist and a podcast to continue my work. Last week, my perpetrators succeeded in having another of my online accounts suspended. One hundred and forty publications about me, the things that interest me, and the evidence of their crimes are no longer accessible. At least I had catalogued them and had republished the catalogue along with nine others on Flipbooks.
