Police charged and placed an FV notice on the wrong man, failing to identify the perpetrator. After I became a Protected Person - there followed a Tsunami of police and magistrate actions that validated and emboldened the perpetrators to obliterate my world and take control over all my assets.I have been living and working from my 4WD since June 2019, whilst the perpetrators endeavour to have me jailed. My online infrastructure has been all but obliterated with the full support of Victoria Police. In documenting my circumstances, I discovered administrative failings, failure to follow procedure, non-compliance with the various Acts by Victoria Police, and errors made by magistrates and registrars in the Magistrates Court of Victoria, which are glaringly obvious.Police still use Bic Biros on poorly designed and incomprehensible forms and documents. The constables are the frontline, yet they appear to be illiterate, and their writing comprehension skills are nonexistent. I need an investigative journalist and a podcast to continue my work. Last week, my perpetrators succeeded in having another of my online accounts suspended. One hundred and forty publications about me, the things that interest me and the evidence of their crimes are no longer available to share. At least I had catalogued them and have republished the catalogue and nine others on Flipbooks.

I was working at Victoria Place paying the bills whilst the shopfitters worked on the renovation, when the last $3000 disappeared out of the account. I believe ______ paid the employee ____________. ______ had begun interfering in my work and the $3000 was paid to ______ against the wage subsidy agreement. I was left in Stawell, with no money to pay the shopfitters. When I met up with shopfitters at the motel, for dinner they showed me this text that ______ had sent. Both of them were visibly upset and earlier I the day had noticed the affect one of ______ bullying phone calls had had on me. ______, I apologise that I may be putting you in a difficult situation in helping Maggie. Your work is excellent and your friendship with Maggie is highly valued. Our company is using money to pay for Maggie’s building to be restored, which I support within limits, as it must be when other business priorities are considered and major jobs are not impacted. I know Maggie is a wonderful person, but I also believe she may need some help with her health. Her estranged husband and four children are also of that belief, which with her complete denial and lack of self awareness in that area, has her at loggerheads with anyone that says she needs help. I have tried to get her to a doctor for a referral to a specialist, as have others. Her family hold a letter written by her sister decades ago, stating that she needed help before she alienated everyone around her. Maggie is in complete denial about having any problems with her health and her behaviour at times put our business and friendship at great risk. Recently she has pushed me too far in jeopardising the business and I have yelled at her for failing to perform very simple business book keeping and admin tasks, along with ignoring several big opportunities to quote, including for a $30k job, as she was focused entirely on setting up a pop up shop with VIC Place. The pop up shop idea will have very limited return capability, but she chose to fund it and not to do her part of our core business, putting 10s to 100s of thousands of dollars of potential business at risk, all for renting out VIC place infrequently and for very low return. I am sorry that you are being impacted, but I believe Maggie may have a condition that makes her occasionally have grandiose ideas, but without her proper attention on the business that provides the only income we have, any of her grandiose or logical ideas have no long term future. Her three sons are currently discussing how they might be able to get her help, as her long term friend Merryl has met with Maggie recently and informed her family that she suspected Maggie was on one of her big spend ups, which have indicated in the past she was in or heading towards another health episode. In case Maggie is informing you and everyone around her that I am being aggressive and violent towards her, please be aware that she has done the same thing with others innocent people whilst in her negative cycles of her yet to be professionally diagnosed condition. I can’t disclose specifically what I believe she is suffering from, as that would be inappropriate, but I do care for her welfare and wanted you to know that reality may be taking a little holiday at the moment in her life. If you have any doubts regarding my motives, please feel free to ask for any or all of her Son’s contact details, as they are very aware of their mother’s yet to be formally diagnosed condition and her long term behaviour, plus that she gets upset with the people around her who dare to try to get her help, often disparaging them to others rather than facing reality. I tried and tried to organise a property settlement and save our properties and company from the debt he created after he locked me out in 2015 (and called police to remove me). He unleashed a tsunami of financial and economic abuse. My partner is his victim and weapon and I have been locked out of my residential workplace since July 2019. My husband has used the police to facilitate his taking control and anything I do to protect myself only brings criminal charges on to my partner, who has suffered psychosis as a result of DV from his estranged wife. My husband has filed for an exparte hearing in the Family Court, which quite by accident I found out about. The lawyer is a slippery character but I can show his conflict of interest. by emails and MCV court listings against my partner from his being charged with Make Threats To Kill. THE POLICE ACTIONS have exacerbated my partner's mental illness and turned a situation that I was managing into my nightmare. My husband's Affidavit makes interesting reading. So do the six statements my partner has made to police with totally false information which illustrates the paranoid thinking of my husband. My husband has never spoken to me of these ideas he held about me, instead, he turned every one of my relationships against me. My adult children have all blocked me and my partner is his latest conscription to the anti-Maggie Club. My partner wrote everything down in business emails & text messages to myself. His statements to police and the courts contain over 10,000 words, stating that I have mental health issues, schizophrenia and bipolar. He is 77, after he locked me out he claimed $70K pension bonus scheme, $70K superannuation and $70K inheritance from his mother. Whilst he allowed our properties to become deralict. Gippsland Police did not interview me even though Stawell Police had provided my phone number for that purpose. All these people gave false and misleading information. Stawell Police identified the incident as family violence however the abuse was carried out in my workplace and is solely workplace and company related. Worksafe advise reporting such incidents to police.

After I reported a workplace bullying and harassment incident to Stawell Police, Gippsland Police investigated by interviewing the accused, a 'friend' of the accused, an employee, the instigator of the incident and two of my sons/ employees. However, they did not interview me, the victim, even though Western Victorian Police had provided my contact details specifically for that purpose. The failure of Victoria Police to Act to protect me & my property as written in the police application for FVIO K12030938 has validated & emboldened a master manipulator to continue his decades of abuse to my birth family and me

I just wanted to ask in regards to your mental health have you spoken to doctors or have you seen anybody to have your mental health checked. You've said your mental health is fine or is that just your interpretation? In 2018 early 2018 one of my sons said to me Mum you really need to go and see somebody and Brian had been saying it to me too, and I, at the time thought ,you know what is this? going on in Brian's head Brian was keeping on saying to me I should see a doctor and that I needed to see someone. And I said to him well you make me an appointment and I'll go. I got really sick of it and I so went to a counsellor and told him I asked him would he write a document that I could show to Brian and to say that I didn't suffer from schizophrenia, bipolar and mental health issues anyway that counsellor pointed out to me that it was an abusive relationship and also pointed out to me, he actually said that Brian fitted the profile of a man who has never been violent but when he snaps I'll be maimed or dead and then I think I've got two GP letters to say that I show no nothing to say they should send me off for further testing Second Arrest Interview First Constable: Alright, I think we’ve covered everything, which is good. That’s that. That’s all the questions that we need to ask. I just need to really stress about the intervention order, do you understand that – I know you may not agree with it –MM : I do understand, absolutely I understand it, but –First Constable: You just can’t keep doing it, because what happens is the Magistrate might remand you next time, do you understand what that is?
MM: I’ll go to jail First Constable: Yeah, so what happens is they’ll handcuff you like this [motioning]
MM: At least I’ll have somewhere to stay and I’ll get fed. Look I understand that you’re warning me about it and I do understand. I am totally, can’t believe, that all of the things that have been done to me – and let’s not forget that I was the victim of a family violence event – where I received a family violence intervention order where I was told, right left and center, “just ring 000”. A lawyer told me that I’ll get my keys back and –Corroborator: I need to talk to you about that - he never did talk to me MM : Yeah alright, I’m just gobbsmacked. And I understand that you’re caring about making sure that I know –First Constable : And I know you haven’t been remanded before, but what happens is basically, you’ll go in the back police cells, it’s not like there’s a nice bed and stuff like that. wall and basically like a foam mattress, that’s it. And you could be in there potentially for days. - I would have been on remand for over 150 days! Until Victoria Police realised they did not have evidence to charge me with stalking and then applied to have the Personal Safety Order revoked due to error by a magistrate. First Constable: Yeah that’s a great idea, at least just suspend it for now
MM: But you know what that means? It means that they’ve won. They’ve absolutely smashed my life to smithereens. I live on Facebook, social media – I do the Bairnsdale RSL Facebook page. My husband was there in court, to see me... to basically have them say “yep, go for it boys. You’ve got every right to take everything from her”. If find it incomprehensible. I am saying that I am in a very precarious, disastrous situation, and no domestic violence services, no police help, no help from anybody. Your fingerprints are required for identification and these may be used in evidence. If you refuse to give them voluntarily, a member of the police force may use reasonable force to obtain them. If you’re not charged of the relevant offence within 6 months, or are so charged but the charge is not proceeded with, or you’re found not guilty of the offence, your fingerprints will be destroyed. Installation and Maintenance Requirements - Anchored Sign Buoys • A buoy requires mooring tackle and a heavy anchor, usually requiring a large installation vessel • Annual on-water maintenance inspection for wear and tear of mooring line, requiring the lifting of the anchor to check the lower connection for possible mooring line wear from any abrasion on rocks or in sand etc.

There is no requirement that the respondent must intend this effect or for the response of the affected family member to be assessed as ‘reasonable’ (a) repeated derogatory taunts, including racial taunts; preventing a person from making or keeping connections with the person's family, friends or culture, including cultural or spiritual ceremonies or practices, or preventing the person from expressing the person's cultural identity; Technology-facilitated abuse is not specifically named in the Family Violence Protection Act 2008. Instead, the Act examines the conduct and consequences, and so where technology is used to emotionally and psychologically abuse (s 5(1)(a)(ii)), threaten (s 5(10(a)(iv)), coerce (s 5(1)(a)(vii)), or control family members, it will fall within the scope of the Act. Technology-facilitated abuse is a form of controlling behaviour that involves the use of technology as a means to coerce, stalk or harass another person. Examples include monitoring or stalking someone through any type of surveillance device (such as a tracking system or spyware), sending abusive texts, emails or messages via social media,
(b) that family violence is a fundamental violation of human rights and is unacceptable in any form;
