I had similar locked me out of our business told everyone I was bad with money though I had no access to it he controlled it all. He lied so well to so many acting the victim before I had any idea what he was doing. House in my name sold without consent too. I have now spoken with hundreds of victims of domestic and financial abuse and it’s the same story over and over. Mine used the tax dept stopped paying. GST and PAYG rand up $310k debt there while his mother helped him funnel money out of our business. I lost the business I’d created for him my home my car some family members and many friends who could not understand there was a monster behind the joking laughing mask. They are charming that’s why they get away with it. My phone is cut off, My 4WD no longer roadworthy and unregistered and I rely on the kindness of strangers. Meanwhile my husband has told everyone that I have made him homeless and have stolen money from him and my company. All my adult children won’t talk to me and blame me. The loan company sold off my property. All my belongings will have gone to the tip, cleanup added thousands $’s. I have worked so hard in the last five years and had successfully recovered from the first time he locked me out in 2015. I was financially secure and everything in my name.
