4. I request the Police present Ms Marriott to the Magistrates Court for the continuing breaches of the IVO and her bail conditions. I also request the Police consider asking the Court to order a psychiatric assessment of Ms Marriott, as her previous and ongoing behaviour is increasing my fear that her aggressiveness in attacking me online and using others to stalk me, may lead to further threats and the repeating of violent physical behaviour towards me, that may include Ms Marriott attempting to fulfil her wish of wanting me dead.
Ms Marriott continues to make a false claim of being the Managing Director of Smart Buoy Co P/L
in her LinkedIn professional networking profile, when I am the Sole Director and since December 2017, the only ASIC registered o ffi ce bearer of the company. Ms Marriott's public published false persona of being the Managing Director of the company, provides all public readers, her 352 LinkedIn followers and the many followers of online influential people's publications that Ms Marriott piggybacks her comments on for a greater audience, to associate the growing number of false, harassing and defaming publications, articles, posts, identifying documents, photographs and comments she is making on LinkedIn, to be readily identifiable as only about me.
