Ingredients (Serves 1)
• 1 cup crushed ice • 45 ml (1½ oz) tequila • 60 ml (2 oz) orange juice
• ½ cup frozen berries, thawed • A little freshly ground pepper • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Preparation Mix all ingredients (except mint) in a high-speed blender. Pour into a margarita or martini glass and garnish
