JLL brokers property acquisition within Parsippany’s Waterview Corporate Center Vision Real Estate Partners acquires 226,317 s/f, class a office building in Morris County

arsippany, NJ — Vision Real Estate Partners continues the expansion of its north- ern New Jersey office foot- print with the acquisition of a 226,317 s/f, class A office building in Morris County. The four-story property at 20 Waterview Blvd. in Parsip- pany is situated within the Waterview Corporate Center. Morris County’s central loca- tion and extensive transporta- tion network continue to play an important role in the con- tinued growth and development of the region’s office market as P Bergman and Gottesman acquire 75 Livingston Ave. in Roseland, NJ Roseland, NJ — Berg- man Real Estate Group and Gottesman Real Estate Partners acquired a 94,000 s/f office property at 75 Livingston Ave. in Roseland. The property was purchased from Mack- Cali Realty Corporation an- nounced the firms’ principals, Michael Bergman , president and CEO of Bergman Real Es- tate Group and Andrew Got- tesman , CEO of the Chatham based Gottesman Real Estate Partners. The Bergman/Gottesman joint venture was represented by Michael DiFede , director of acquisitions for Bergman and Patrick Leary , vice president of Gottesman Real Estate Part- ners. Acquisition financing was provided by TriState Capital Bank who was represented by Alex Fatenko , senior vice president. 75 Livingston Ave. is a three- story office building on 7.5 acres at the corner of Livings- ton Ave. and Becker Farm Rd., less than a quarter mile from the four-way interchange of I-280 at Exit 5B. The prop- erty was originally developed by Bellemead Development Corporation in the mid-1980s as part of a nine-building, 1.2 million square-foot office cam- pus known as 280 Corporate Center, one of the most desir- able and conveniently located campuses in New Jersey.  5 Livingston Ave. in Roseland
