The project includes a new, 6,000 s/f medical office addi- tion to be built over the exist- ing orthopedic clinic and a new parking deck accessible from Powder Mill Road. Fea- tures of the project include: • Exam rooms • X-ray labs • Nurse station and check-in • Lecture room • 74 additional parking spaces “We are excited to deliver this addition and new park- ing garage, which will im- prove access to the hospital. This project continues our strong working relationship that has spanned more than ten years with OSS Health,” said JanWagner , vice pres- ident at Kinsley Construc- tion. “We are proud to be an OSS trusted partner.” Construction of the over- build addition has begun and parking deck construction will begin in late spring. All work is slated for completion by fall of 2018. Kinsley constructed the existing 66,000 s/f OSS Or- thopedic Hospital in 2010.
