Tower 6, Downtown Allentown, PA

City Center Allentown’s direc- tor of leasing, discussed the vision for the building while Diab Shetayh , a project man- ager with Serfass, discussed the construction process on the tight urban site. ESSA Bank and Trust will occupy ground-floor retail space while CAPTRUST, Cros- sAmerica Partners, Merrill Lynch and Talen Energy are leasing upper story spaces. Tower 6 is the fifth downtown office building developed by City Center Allentown; Five City Center is in the planning stages. Allentown, PA —Mem- bers and guests of Commer- cial Real Estate Women of the Lehigh Valley (CREW LV) were welcomed by City Center Allentown to a preview tour of Tower 6, a dynamic 145,000 SF Class A twelve-sto- ry glass and steel office tower that is giving new vitality to downtown Allentown. Designed by Spi l lman Farmer Architects , Allen- town, and constructed by Ser- fass Development Partners , the building features stunning views of the region as well as cutting-edge environmental control systems, customized access control systems, com- mon area Wi-Fi, redundant fiber, and power grid.
