Suede got her name because she is a very unique shade of gray and looks like suede. Discerning gray breeders will appreciate her lineage. She is a daughter of the late great Orlando Cloud, the sire of numerous champion offspring. Orlando also put a, “look at me” stance on his offspring and Suede has that in spades. Her dam is out of one of our now retired top production dams including futurity champion Delphi’s Elphi who is now making supreme champion offspring for her owners in Germany. Her dams sire is another gray powerhouse KVR Peruvian Eye Candy. Her genetics pack a punch! She has the longest staple of any alpaca on our ranch exhibiting good brightness and character to
her fleece. She is bred to 3 X Judges Choice & 29 X banner winner Snowmass Majestic Reflection. This male not only knocked it out of the park in the show ring but was touted by Norm Evans as “the most fine and highest density huacaya I have tested in 20+ years even at Snowmass and especially for his color”.
