Writing Specifications • Comprehensive set of construction drawings following Architectural Standards Guidelines. • General spec section which spells out everything from gauges of metals to contractor responsibilities. • Item spec section for each individual piece of equipment (manufacturer, model number and related accessories). Project Management • Comprehensive and coordinated effort from start to finish. • Includes pricing, ordering and consolidating equipment in advance of delivery. • Attending jobsite meetings with owner representatives and contractors. • Equipment commissioning, training and ongoing support. Installation • Receive, warehouse and inspect for damage. • Deliver, uncrate and set in place for final utility hook ups by trades including mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors. Startup and Training • Electronic and hard copy set of operation & maintenance manuals, warranty information, serial numbers and approved service agents. • Coordinate equipment start ups and training on all equipment by authorized factory personnel.
