Savills are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee every aspect of the day-to-day life of TBC. London. From leading the on-site team to managing operational and maintenance matters, and fostering community engagement with a focus on meaningful social impact, this role demands a blend of innovation and operational efficiency. As the Senior Property Manager, you must deliver a high standard of property management that reflects both the building’s values and brand, as well as the client’s values and aspirations, while adhering to Savills’ procedures and management framework. The completion of TBC.London’s redevelopment in Q3 2024 marks the beginning of a new chapter, and the Senior Property Manager will play a pivotal role in the pre-opening phase. Collaborating closely with the Development Set Up Team and London Business Space at Savills, you will onboard service partners, mobilize, and set up, ensuring a smooth transition into the operational phase. Once opened, you will be part of an on-site team, with the additional responsibility of overseeing the Guest Experience Manager position.
