Sam is a Practice Manager at Bid Recruitment. Sam has over 7 years’ experience in the recruitment industry working across several industries including Technology, Healthcare and Facilities Management and prides himself on providing an excellent service with strong relationship building skills. Sam has worked on various levels of roles ranging from Project Manager through to “Head of” placing with some of the industry leading companies in their sectors. Sam has been known to find niche candidates through referrals and face to face candidate meetings which has helped him maintain long standing relationships whilst maintaining excellent knowledge of the construction industry
SAM HOLLAND PRACTICE MANAGER
Daniel is the Business Sector Director for the Bids team at Bid Recruitment. He specialises in Bid recruitment across the Technology sector, placing Bids and Work Winning professionals with clients across IT infrastructure and services, Telecommunications, Cloud based technology, IOT, Software and Hardware. After studying Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence at Sussex University, Daniel spent seven years at Carphone Warehouse. In 2010 he moved into recruitment, joining On-Target, a sales and business development recruitment specialist. He left in 2017 to join Badenoch & Clark to continue his journey in sales, bids and tender recruitment before joining MRG to lead the Bid recruitment team.
DANIEL HIGGINS BUSINESS SECTOR DIRECTOR
Danielle has returned to Bid Recruitment, specialising in resourcing work-winning candidates across the Midlands and the North. She will also be looking after the East Anglia region, developing new relationships and opportunities across multiple sectors within the Bids, Business Development and Marketing sectors. Danielle has over seven years of experience in recruitment, six of which have been working Bids roles across sectors ranging from Civil Engineering, Business and Professional services through to Non-Profit organisations. Danielle is well adept in resourcing candidates from various industries at all levels from Proposal Coordinators to Bid Directors for both permanent and freelance solutions. Danielle is known for her excellent rapport with clients and candidates, enabling her to provide the best industry knowledge and support.
Hayley is our Associate Director based in Birmingham, covering the Midlands and Northern Counties. Hayley’s focus is across all work winning roles including bids, business development, marketing, graphic design, estimating and pre-construction. She cover all levels from administrator / coordinator to director / head of. She offers temporary, interim and permanent recruitment solutions on a retained and contingent basis. Having 11 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Hayley has covered a number of sectors as a specialist. For the past 4 years, she has worked in bids as a work winning specialist across all sectors including Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Property, Professional Services and Consultancy.

HAYLEY WOOD ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Laura specialises in the recruitment of Bid Management, Business Development and Marketing roles for Main Contractors, Affordable Housing Contractors, Specialist Sub-Contractors and Maintenance providers. After studying at Kingston College, Laura started her career in technical recruitment in 2005. She moved to MRG in 2009 and provides Bid Managers, Bid Writers, Technical Writers, Bid Co-ordinators and Business Development Managers across London and the South East. She has recently completed assignments for a Regional Business Development Manager for a National Contractor, for a Bid Writer in Affordable Housing, a Bid Manager for a Fit-out business and a Business Development Manager for a specialist Public Sector refurb Contractor
Linus is a Practice Manager for the Bids team at Bid Recruitment. Linus specialises in resourcing candidates across the spectrum of Bids including Bid and Proposal Writers, Managers and Directors to name but a few. He builds relationships, through networking, to find the best candidates across market sectors, within the work-winning sector. Linus graduated from the University of Southampton, and has over 7 years’ experience in the hospitality sector. For the 3 years before joining Bid Recruitment, Linus worked in accounting for SME’s all the way through to multinational conglomerates. In this time Linus dealt with a plethora of clients, whilst maintaining productive, efficient relationships.
