Transportation: Cars and bikes are encouraged. Bikes should be equipped with a lock and chain. There is a vehicle registration fee of $25 per semester which can be paid at registration.
Miscellaneous Items: A small suitcase or travel bag is useful as students go out on weekend ministries. A laundry bag is helpful for making those necessary trips to the laundromat, which is located on the Bible Institute Campus. Students generally require approximately $15 spending money per week depending on their spending habits, additional paper supplies, stamps, postage, personal items, and laundry costs. Vacations Vacation breaks are December 8 – January 3, March 1 – 18, and May 3 – 25. Students will be free to leave after the 8:00 AM exam. Flights should not be scheduled before noon on the first day of break. Missing classes or exams due to unauthorized early departures can result in grade penalties. The campus is closed during vacation breaks. Student meals and housing are not available on campus during this time, unless prior arrangements have been made with the dean staff. Travel arrangements should be made in accordance with the Bible Institute calendar (see next page), and students are expected to return on time after vacations. School Calendar The school calendar can be viewed on the next page. Students are expected back on campus by In Dorms the last day of vacation. The Tampa Airport is a one-hour drive from campus, so plan your flight departures and arrivals carefully.
