يعـد خـط اإلنتـاج هـذا ح لا مبتكـرًا لغربلـة التمـور والفواكـه المماثلـة، حيـث يتمزي بقدرتـه على فصـل الشـوائب والعيـدان عـن المنتـج بفعاليـة عاليـة. وذلـك عبر تنظيـف المنتجـات بشـكل شـامل وتلميعهـا دون الحاجـة إىل اسـتخدام الميـاه، ممـا يسـاهم يف تعزيـز جماليـة المنتـج وزيـادة قيمتهـا التجاريـة. يعتبر هـذا الخـط حلا مسـتدامًا لعـدم الحاجـة إىل اسـتهالك الميـاه، كمـا يتيـح االعتمـاد على عمليـة فعالـة وصديقـة للبيئـة يف إعـداد المنتجـات النهائيـة بشـكل متميز.
This unit is designed for the sterilization of a variety of materials, such as dates, vegetables, and fruits. The sterilization chamber is designed with a tight seal to ensure that no air leaks into it. All air is completely evacuated from inside the chamber before the sterilization process begins. Afterward, the gas used in this process is continuously pumped into it. It is also equipped with top heaters that effectively heat the contents inside, helping to achieve the ideal temperature for the sterilization process.
تم تصميم هذه الوحدة لتعقيم مجموعة متنوعة من المواد مثل التمور والخضار والفواكه. تم تصميم حجرة التعقيم مع مزية إغالق محكمة لضمان عدم ترسب الهـواء إىل داخلهـا. إذ يتـم سـحب الهـواء بالكامـل مـن داخـل الحجـرة قبـل بـدء عمليـة التعقيـم. بعـد ذلـك، يتـم ضـخ الغـاز المسـتخدم يف هذه العملية بشـكل مسـتمر داخلها. كما تم تجهزيها بسـخانات علوية تعمل عىل تسـخني المحتوى داخلها بفعالية، وهـذا يسـاعد يف تحقيـق درجة حرارة مثاليـة لعملية التعقيم.
