The all-stock transaction, finalized March 26, creates Contango Silver & Gold Inc., a company that blends a rare mix of current gold production with high-grade silver exploration upside across two of the continent’s most prospective mining regions. At its core, the deal links the cash-flowing Manh Choh gold mine in Alaska with Dolly Varden’s Kitsault Valley project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle — an area long known for hosting some of the world’s
