The author closes his study with conclusions ranging from requirements development, industry preparedness, and short-term urgent needs versus long-term corporate cultures. The question I found myself asking at the end of this book was, “Does the new Adaptive Acquisition Framework provide what is needed to improve materiel acquisition?”
