The demo is based on the S32K5 virtual development kit and highlights the HW- enforced isolation between co-resident applications, along with Green Hills hypervisor-based solution which provides software flexibility. Using the Synopsys’s VDK, we demonstrate how the new S32K5 MCU family enables safe consolidation of mixed- criticality functions in the zone, which helps to reduce vehicle BOM cost and simplify software development & maintenance.
