• 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(4) (2016)- Forfeiture of vehicles, boats, aircraft or any other conveyance used or intended for use, to transport or facilitate the transport, sale, receipt, possession or concealment of a controlled substance. • 21 U.S.C. § 862(b) (2016)- First conviction: ineligible for any or all federal benefits, such as student loans, grants, contracts, and professional and commercial licenses for up to one (1) year. Second or subsequent convictions: ineligible for any or all federal benefits for up to five years. • 21 U.S.C. § 844(a) (2016)- Civil fine of up to $5,000. • Misc.- Revocation of certain federal licenses and benefits, (e.g., pilot license, public housing tenancy, etc.) are vested within the authorities of individual federal agencies.
