Joint venture development of Premier Development and Garden Communities Construction milestone marks progress at luxury rental development in Westfield, NJ
W ESTFIELD, NJ — Parkside at Westfield hit a key construction milestone this month, with the first building under roof at the joint ven- ture development of Premier Development and Garden Communities . The Union County multifamily commu- nity will feature 162 luxury rental apartments in three, three-story elevator buildings, complemented by a full suite of lifestyle amenities.
