Courtyard, located at 111 West Main St. in Clinton, will feature three distinct neighbor- hoods in a five-story, 109,000 s/f building. The community includes 90 suites for assisted living on floors two through five and 20 suites for memory care, also on the fifth floor, designed for individuals living with some form of changing cognitive abilities such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
