Though Ann inquired if the guest had any di- etary restrictions, she did so after taking the order.

The guest's empty tea was not refilled during the meal and remained empty for just over 20 minutes when the guest departed.

The guest asked for a recommendation be- tween the Shangri-La congee and eggs in pur- gatory. Ann had previously described the con- gee dish but did not provide any information on the eggs in purgatory and ultimately did not provide a suggestion. The guest was unable to make an informed decision.

After ordering, cold breakfasts are served within seven minutes and hot breakfasts within 10 minutes, unless advised other- wise by server Menu and check presenter are in pristine condition, free of any damage. Menu is grammatically correct.

The hot breakfast was delivered 11 minutes af- ter it was ordered. The guest was not advised of a delay.
