• Specialists (the equivalent of 1 full-time employee): In support of the Senior Advisor, a team of Foster America Specialists will collaborate with DCYF to design, develop, and implement strategies that support prevention services. This team will include: • Design Specialist: Supports current and future state co- designed mapping sessions, supports the implementation of strategies defined by the Steering Committee and provides orientation support to the Senior Advisor. • Fiscal Specialist: Collaborates with DCYF to create detailed fiscal profiles, understand current and desired future funding options prevention services. • Data/Technology Specialist: Provides consultation for DCYF efforts to develop the necessary data measures and corresponding reports on key performance indicators.
