FMB NI DIRECTOR GAVIN MCGUIRE HIGHLIGHTS THE QUALITY, DEDICATION, AND SKILL OF COMPANIES AT THE 2023 NORTHERN IRELAND MASTER BUILDER AWARDS… Celebrating excellence

W e are still buzzing after the FMB Regional Master Builder Awards season which concluded with the NI event on 30 June. The biannual awards have increased in profile and popularity. Described as the “Oscars of the SME sector”, this year saw 22 companies shortlisted by the judges. The ceremony announcing the winners was held at The Malone Hotel in Belfast. Since 1992, the Master Builder Awards

have been the flagship celebration of high-quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service and building excellence across the UK. The awards help to recognise the significant contribution that small and medium-sized (SME) construction companies make to the UK construction industry. Organised by the FMB, the awards provide an opportunity for Master Builders to showcase their hard work

and share client testimonials. For some awards categories, clients can directly nominate their builder, reaffirming how important exceptional customer service can be to grow a company’s reputation. We are so proud of the companies based here in NI, which come forward to be accredited as Master Builders and so grateful for all our event supporters and sponsors for their ongoing relationships to help us. Without them,

“The quality of the nominations is a strong endorsement of the professionalism shown by FMB members daily.”
