MDC TILES AND BATHROOMS PROVIDED AND INSTALLED TILES AND BRASSWARE TO BRING A LUXURIOUS FINISH TO THE INTERIOR DESIGN AT THE 4-STAR HOTEL… BRASSWARE, TILE SOURCING AND FITTING
M DC Tiles and Bathrooms worked closely with RPP Architects and Eamon Carberry Interiors to create a luxurious finish to the bathrooms, spa and pool areas, function room, restaurant and bars at The Ebrington Hotel. The company supplied and installed different types of tiles to bring the client’s vision of a castle-like interior with Parisian styling to life, with an eclectic mix of old and new, and a nod to Derry’s maritime past. MDC also supplied the taps and showers for the project. Michael McNeill, MDC’s Managing Director, was all praise for the interior design team. “The style is inspired by the history of the place and, especially
from a design point of view, the project has been a fabulous achievement,” he commented. “There is a lot of history attached to these buildings, and all the teams involved did an amazing job keeping their authenticity.” MDC used an inspiring selection of tiles to create a classical, timeless atmosphere in the hotel. To create an old-world feel with a modern twist, MDC selected a mix of marble and stone with golden and silver veins in the reception, restaurant and at the Corner’s House Bar. The glossy black tiles with golden veins in the spa and pool area reflect the touch of opulence of the interior décor. MDC also contributed artistically to the interior design project, designing features
