systems available from Metal Technology. Commenting on the completion, Leslie added, “Living locally, it makes me proud that IAT has played a part in delivering such a great project to the local people and visitors from around the world.”

D evlin Worktops provided all the stone was supplied in different colours for the main and hallway bathrooms, spa, the main bar at the function room, the cocktail bar and two other adjacent bars, and the kitchen. The company was also responsible for the sinks and vanities in the 32 king-size ensuites and 12 queen-size ensuites. Sister company Devlin Fireplaces provided the quartz worktops for several areas of The Ebrington Hotel in Derry. The

It was great to have worked on a project that will enhance tourism in Derry and bring more employment to the local community.” Patricia highlighted the great coordination with the other sub-contractors during the construction of The Ebrington Hotel. “Everyone communicated well to avoid getting in each other’s way, and that was crucial to finishing the project in time,” she commented. According to Patricia, there were no significant challenges during the work and the whole team was 110% invested in the project. “Our team will always find a way around any issues. We are very happy with the result; the hotel
