Meet the team P artner Andrew Campbell started the TB+A office in Belfast in 2010 and since then, has led a team that brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to successfully manage prestigious projects in a range of sectors not only in Northern Ireland but across the UK and Ireland. Peter Anderson, Managing Partner Peter drives the business strategy, working closely with all national design centres, including the Belfast office, to deliver TB+A’s whole life offering. Peter has a great desire to improve the performance and perception of the construction industry through skills and people development, quality and consistency of output, and the pursuit of whole life integrated sustainability for the design and operation of buildings. Peter leads sustainable regenerative thinking through TB+A business and the wider industry. Andrew Campbell, Partner Andrew leads the TB+A Belfast office. Steven Pollock, Project Associate Steven has over 10 years of experience in the industry as a Senior Electrical Engineer. He is an active member of both Engineers Ireland and the IET, and currently serves as the Secretary for Engineers Ireland Northern Region. Steven has a particular interest in delivering projects using digital construction to improve the quality and consistency of the outputs. Mark Mayes, Senior Mechanical Engineer Mark has built up considerable experience over 46 years within the building services industry. He works from project implementation through to commissioning and handover to ensure that works are completed successfully on budget and within programme. Stewart Robertson, Senior Electrical Engineer Stewart has over 40 years of experience in the design, specification, and administration of electrical building services installations in Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Historic Buildings. He also has experience with energy storage systems and MV distribution systems.

He is currently Chair of the Northern Ireland region of the Association for Consulting and Engineering (ACE). Andrew is passionate about TB+A’s three key pillars, ‘growing people’, ‘sustainability at heart’ and ‘quality and consistency’. Damien McMullan, Associate Damien leads the Electrical Team within the Belfast Office and has 22 years of experience in the building services industry, having successfully managed projects within a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Education and Leisure. Allister Bloomer, Associate Allister has over 17 years of professional experience in building services and
currently leads TB+A’s Building Performance offering in Belfast,
supporting clients in finding the most cost-effective methods of decarbonising their buildings and reducing energy demand, combining this with mechanical engineering design and delivery.
