Moneymore-based Stronghold Preservation
has received a Highly Commended Award in the Project of the Year category in the UK and Ireland at the PCA Best Practice Awards for the work done at the Tropical Fruit Warehouse in Dublin. This was the first-ever Property Care Association project award in Ireland. Formerly U2’s headquarters and now housing TikTok Ireland, the refurbished TFW building is a standout property along the Dublin quay with a rich history that dates from 1890. The existing
Paul Marshall, Managing Partner of Stronghold Preservation, commented, “It is a great honour, and a major achievement to bring this award to Northern Ireland for the first time. We competed against 15 other experienced companies from across England, Scotland & Wales. It was a unique project, with lots of technical and logistical challenges, but one we will remember fondly.”
