This manual turntable is based on the AT- LP120XUSB model but comes with the added convenience of Bluetooth wireless connection, in addition to the existing analog and USB outputs. The AT-LP120XBT-USB turntable has a special motor that drives the record directly and can be adjusted to prevent the needle from skipping. It can play records that spin at 33-1/3, 45, and 78 RPM and send out high-quality sound to your chosen device. You can use the included cable to connect to your home stereo or powered speakers, or you can use the USB cable to connect to your computer. This allows you to use recording software like Audacity to convert your records into digital audio files. Alternatively, you can use the Bluetooth technology to connect the turntable to wireless speakers, headphones, or other devices, including those that support high- quality audio. The turntable also has a tonearm with adjustable tracking force and a headshell with a phono cartridge. The cartridge is a special part that reads the music from the record. Audio- Technica is known for its expertise in making good cartridges, and the one that comes with the turntable is versatile and performs well. It has a stylus that's designed to fit into the grooves of the record and play the sound. You can also replace the stylus with other options if you prefer. Other features of the turntable include a sturdy aluminum platter with a soft mat, a button to start and stop the rotation, a control to adjust the speed of the rotation, a stroboscopic platter with a speed indicator, a light that shines on the record, an external power supply, and a cover to protect the turntable from dust.
