NO RETURNS. All sales are FINAL. Program applies to qualified end-user professionals. Offer only valid on purchases from authorized SePRO agents/distributors. Not valid for distributors, dealers, or any other re-sale entity. Rebates will be issued based on sales reported to SePRO by authorized agents/distributors within program dates. Pinnacle offer may not be combined with any other special offers. For pesticides sold into the state of California or Washington, the agent/distributor is instructed to add the California Mill Tax Assessment or Washington Hazardous Tax Assessment to the customer’s purchase price. SePRO will add these assessments to the agent/distributor invoice at the applicable tax rate. SePRO reserves the right to cancel or modify this program at any time. Rebates will be paid as an account credit to the selling agent/distributor or as a check made payable to the purchasing business. Purchases must be paid in full to receive a rebate. Pinnacle EOP rebates will be issued by August 31, 2024. In-season programs, including Rebate Lock purchases between January 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024, will be paid by December 31, 2024. Account credit with selling agent must be used within 12 months or funds will be forfeited and returned to the manufacturer. The selling agent may deduct up to 50% of the credit amount as a processing fee. Always read and follow all label directions.
