What drives us

Having a good home, and a good local neighbourhood, matters to us all. Never more so than in later life, where wellbeing and connectedness with family, friends and neighbours, is increasingly important. And this matters all the more because the number of older people is increasing. By 2037, one in four of us is projected to be over 65.

Our Values

Our Vision

Our Ambition

To do more to meet the increasing needs of older people in a sustainable way To continue to evolve our housing and care offer so people can have a home where they love living in later life To think differently, so that we can lead the way to create choice and opportunity

To transform housing and care so everyone can have a home where they love living in later life

Our approach can be described very simply: • More and better homes where people love living in later life • More opportunities for colleagues in career development and reward • More influential by amplifying residents' voices and telling everyone about the great things we’re doing • More efficient by challenging ourselves to innovate and do things better. 60 years ago, we set out to offer new high-quality and affordable housing options to older people. That aim still drives us today.
