for imparting training Women at Workplace

1"'l' Government of India has enacted the sexuar Harassment of women at workplace (Preventiory Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2o-Li (hereinafter referred to as the Act) to eruure safe anrl secure environment to women at the workplace. !.2 The Ministry of Women and Chitd Development (MWCD) focuses on ,,women living with dignity and contributing as equar purt,r"r" towards the deveropment of the coun,,y in an environment free from violence.,, The broad mandate of ttre Ministry is to have holistic development of women and children. The Ministry formulates ptJrrs, policies and prograrunes; enacts/amends regislation, guides and coordinates the efforts of both governmentar and non-govemm6ntal orgarizations working in the fierd of Women and Child Development. 1.3 ln order to create wide spread awareness about the Act across the country, MWCD being the nodal Minis try for the advancement of women has identified a pool of resource institutions willing to provide training on the Act. These institutes/ organ izattons f c ompanies have been selected from a lar ge number of applications received from various organization/institutes /companies conducting training programmes/worksho ps on women rights or on the Act in different part oi India. The list of institutes/ organizations/ companies empanelled for providing training under the Act is at Annexure I L.4 The above mentioned fnstifutes/Organizations/companies are empanelled for one year from the date of issuance of this nofificatron that is 09.0'7.201g. The empanelled Institutes/Organizations will abide by following stipulations : a. That the empanelled institute/organi zahonf company,s name and contact details will be dispiayed on MWCb,s website as in institution/organization willing to provide training on the Ac! b. That the empanelled jrl**1:1r_u*zation/company will submit quarterly reports (i.e. by 15*' October, 1s*,January, 15th April, 15tr, July ) to 'MWC6 through www.shebox.nic.in having folowing detaiil: i. Number of training programs/workshops provided; ii. Date and period of each and every training/workshop and name of the organizations for which it was conducted; iii. Number of . ,_h" participants attending each training programme/workshop; iv. Name and details.of Resource persons (for each training/workshop separately) conducting training/ workshops; v Photographs of each and every training piogramme/workshop. vi. Address & Contact No. of the institute/trglrisation where training has been conducted vii. Feedback received from participants of training.
