Training programme The training programme consists of four six-month seats. We invest proportionally more than most law firms in developing our people and culture, to ensure that we create well-rounded people best able to deliver an outstanding client experience and have rewarding and fulfilling careers themselves.
Continued support and feedback is provided throughout the training contract.
In addition to the exposure to quality work, our trainees are encouraged to actively participate in all aspects of the business including networking, participation in our wide variety of CSR activities such as volunteer days, charity fundraising, well-being initiatives and mentoring.
