This class is designed to eliminate countless hours spent on manual data entry. This practical knowledge will result in increased productivity, reduced errors, and a more consistent approach. Lastly, we have had some changes in our team. We welcomed Nick Hebert as the new Senior Manager of Corporate Training to lead the Cook & Boardman University. Josh Land was promoted to the key role of Manager of Corporate Training, and we brought on a Leadership Facilitator, Lauren Cody. About CBG University We’re thrilled to introduce The Cook & Boardman Leadership University! This academy provides both in-person and virtual leadership training courses such as Leading through Change, Driving Continuous Improvement, Leadership and Communications, Executive Presence, Coaching and Developing People, Delivering Constructive Feedback, and Handling Difficult Conversations, among others. Our multi-day learning journey will be facilitated by our seasoned team of Leadership Facilitators. “Gallup Clifton Strengths” Effective leadership stems from a comprehensive understanding of one’s abilities. To facilitate this, we’ve partnered with Gallup, Inc., offering the “Gallup Clifton Strengths” leadership assessment. This tool uncovers individual thinking, feeling, and behavior patterns, allowing
people to pinpoint and cultivate their growth areas for leadership success. Our inaugural leadership experience will commence this August with our District Managers; however, all leaders will have the chance to participate in this unique learning experience.
