The Manly Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice (AYAH) is a Northern Sydney Local Health District facility which provides specialised care and designated support to Adolescents and Young Adults between the ages of 16 and 30 years with life limiting illnesses. It is the first facility of its kind in Australia with care delivered by a compassionate, empowered and multidisciplinary team working in partnership with patients, their carers and families. WHAT IS THE AYAH?
FACILITY INFORMATION
With stunning views over North Harbour, the facility is made up of 8 x patient rooms, 2 x family accommodation units, kitchen facilities, communal areas and more.

The AYAH is located at 150 Darley Rd, Manly.
If you have been invited to visit the AYAH, you will see signage at 150 Darley Rd (just past St Paul’s Catholic College Manly). Follow this path until you see the new AYAH building.

How you can support the AYAH
WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
Partner with the AYAH and support patients and family members with discounts or benefits for a product or service. Become a ‘Friend of the AYAH’ through offering a unique event or experience to bring joy to a patient and their family. Create your own fundraiser to raise money for the AYAH. Make a donation to the AYAH to enhance patient care, such as a monetary donation or a voucher for a product, experience or service. Support the AYAH as an event partner

WITH SPECIAL THANKS The Rotary Group of Manly and Bendigo Bank, Community Bank Freshwater have generously donated $50,000 each to facilitate the acquisition of an accessible vehicle for the Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice (AYAH). This significant contribution will greatly expand the hospice's services, providing increased independence and freedom for AYAH patients and families.
The new vehicle will enable more outings, fostering enriching experiences for patients.
