The Acute Assessment Unit Model of Care which aims to improve the coordination and quality of care , to increase the efficiency in inpatient management and improve patient flow across the hospital for our adult medical patients. The utilisation of the Patient Flow Portal to minimise delays in patients’ hospital care.
