ABOUT COMPANY
PROFILE OF CEO New Alpha Community Development Corporation is a 501c3 organization headquartered in Florence, South Carolina. It all started in 2015 with a staff of 3 along with a few volunteers helping along the way. A small group with a big vision to help low- to middle income people learn how to find solutions to environmental justice issues, climate change impacts, and sociol economic issues.

MISSION
New Alpha CDC's vision is that everyone will have access to clean air, clean water, and clean land with economic opportunities that are just and equitable.
Our mission is to help communities of low- and middle-income families with the climate crisis, environmental justice and community economic development issues to empower and emancipate people in communities.

OFFICE PROCEDURES
New Alpha Community Development Corporation's daily office procedures for 2024 are outlined below:
Every Friday, the team convenes for a comprehensive meeting to review the week's activities, accomplishments, upcoming needs, and delegate tasks for the following week.
Monday mornings kick off with a thorough check of text messages, phone messages, and emails, ensuring prompt responses where necessary.
Tasks for the day are assessed, with a focus on prioritizing urgent matters with imminent deadlines.
Following urgent tasks, attention shifts to important items that require attention but lack immediate deadlines.
Projects with future deadlines are identified and commenced as appropriate.
A thorough review of potential tasks allows us to determine priorities, focusing on tasks that align with our goals and deleting those that do not.
Financial tasks take precedence and are addressed promptly at the start of the day, after review the texts, voice messages, and email responses.
Program development and management are addressed, followed by exploration of potential new programs.
Scheduling of events and appointments is prioritized to ensure timely planning and coordination.
