Reconfigured clinic to create larger space for mental healthcare
Opened Hope Springs, the only bridge-housing community in our area and the only FQHC in the country providing this service
2021
Opened temporary Bell Street Clinic, expanding primary care and introducing our Intensive Outpatient Program
2022
In 2023, HOPES celebrated 10 YEARS as a Federally Qualified Health Center, serving 32,995 patients since January 2013.
Served more than 14,000 patients annually for the first time in our history
