We invest in our facilities each year to ensure that they create the right learning environment for you, helping to support and ignite your passion for learning. As well as teaching spaces packed with everything you will need to immerse yourself fully in that subject, with our university-affiliated courses you’ll have access to university facilities as well as those at HSDC.
Student Hubs Our welcoming Student Hub and Reception areas provide an open- plan environment for you to easily access the Student Services and Student Welfare teams. Digital Learning We have a vision that every student will benefit through being a multi digital college, using a combination of Google, Microsoft and Apple platforms. You will also benefit from our overarching digital hub, known as Google Classroom, and our universal Wi-Fi coverage.
Learning Hub The Learning Hub offers you a choice of study areas you can use when you are not in your lessons. They are divided into a computer zone and a chill-out space so that you can choose the environment that best suits your working style. For group study, you can also reserve the collaborative workroom. We have bookable and open access PCs and provide Chromebooks that are available on a drop-in basis. The study areas have Wi-Fi, so you can use your device and access your college work.
